Recent single storey kitchen extension completed in Pelsall. J P Building assisted the clients from the initial planning stages, where the project was then carried out through permitted development rights, under a local building control notice.
The clients required an extension, as they were keen to maximise their living space and wanted a spacious, modern, open-plan kitchen overlooking their garden.
The extension included a toilet/shower room, bi fold doors, spotlights and 2 Velux windows in the vaulted ceiling to ensure plenty of light came into the room. The electrical and plumbing work was also completed as part of the job – installing radiators and a heated towel rail in the bathroom.
Upon completion, it was handed back over to the clients watertight and fully plastered, ready for them to proceed with the next stage of the project in their own time…
